My friends!

These are my friends. They are very especial to me because they are always with me, no matter if it is in bad or good times.
Valeria is the sweetest. She always follows me everywhere and her best feature is that she is patient to listen to the problems of all her friends.
Natalia is a sportswoman. She practices basketball and she likes to run and to ride a bike. In the weekend, she always goes for the parties. She enjoys of dancing.
Valentina is funny. All parties that I go with her are amazing. She likes to make jokes about men and laugh when they become ashamed because of them.
Everyfriend is very important to me. They bright all my days and because of the reasons above, I consider them my best friends.

Inka Cola, delicius!

This Peruvian drink is a famous one because the taste is unique, when you have another drink, similar in color, size or price, you can be confused trying to know which one is the Inka Cola, but when prove it you can taste the difference between both. Beside the presentation, the letters of the words have a form of rocks; this is because the rocks were the principal instrument to work of the Inkas.

The color of this drink is very particular, because we are costume to see black, orange, even red ones but yellow is one color that we don’t use to see in our drinks, but it doesn´t matter, because you don’t feel the color, but the flavor.

One thing very peculiar of this drink is that taste good with any meal, there´s something about this that makes you enjoy it with anything. And the price in not expensive, so when you are thirsty instep of water you can drink the Inka Cola.

This is my favorite!

This picture was taken in February, when I lived for almost 4 months in Granby, Colorado. The guy by my side is my boyfriend. I remember that it was a freezing day, but we were very excited to have marshmelos in a fire we made on the snow. So we worn warm clothes.
I had trousers, pants and jeans on, with high socks. On the top, I had a tshirt, blouse, light jacket and a warm heavy jacket.
My boyfriend, in the other hand, always worn a tshirt, a jacket and jeans. I don't know how he didn't ge sick. Our jeans and sneakers got wet, but the worse thing was that our car got stuck in the snow and it took several hours to get out of there. It was a crazy day, but a beautiful one, and everytime I see this picture and these clothes I remeber it.

The Queen of pop

Madonna is the most famous pop music singer, by its beauty and sensuality she became in to a sex symbol. She was born in 1956 in Detroit, USA and her birth name is Madonna Louise Ciccone Ritchie. She is extremely successful. She won many prizes and awards for for her album “Like a virgin”, which includes many hits as “True Blue”,” La Isla Bonita” and “Vogue”.
Madonna will come to Chile on December the 11th of this year. As it's been happenig all over the wolrd, her concert tickets have been sold out several months prior her arrival.

Trainspotting

This British movie is about all the problems of our generation with analogies. Like for example the main character is Mark Renton; he is the typical guy who doesn´t like to work, stays at home, in other words he hates the ordinary life, he doesn´t understand why we have to work, to have a family, to have a car and all the things that we can find at home.
The movie begins introducing all the friends, like “sick boy”, the coolest of the group, then Spud, the funny one, Renton, the outcast, all the personalities that you can find in an ordinary group, but they consume Heroin to feel better, to escape from the problems, to find a place without rules.
Then they discover the problems with heroin, the addiction, what they have to do to have some money and the overtakes, so Renton quickly moved to an other town, but few days later some friends found him. They offered him a business, to sell drugs, but they need 200 pounds to start it. He gives the money to their friends, but at the end of the movie he betrays them, because he realizes that they could do the same with to him, so he prefers to leave the place to have an ordinary life.

Who am I?

Hi! Mi name is Carolina Fuentes. I am Chilean and I live in Santiago. I have 22 years old and study journalism at Diego Portales University. This year I finish my university studies. I live in a house with my family. My mother's name is Marisol. She is beautiful, she works with a judge applying laws and taking statements to the people involved in transit accidents. I’m proud of her because she is very efficient in her work. My dad's name is Ricardo, he owns a small transport company and he is a very sweet person because always does what I need. I have a brother also. His name is Matías and he is very special in my life, but he never gives me kisses or hugs. I have a wonderful life, I have a boyfriend who loves me very much and with which I share many dreams. My boyfriend lives in Boston and I will go there in December. Fortunately we will be together again.

Funny fall

Yesterday, I went to a friend’s house and when I arrived, I found her father on the floor. I was very scared, but later I could talk with my friend all night and we remembered a lot of stories of our friends when they had funny anecdotes. We laughed too much.
We have a friend that, when we went to the zoo in Santiago of Chile, he flew down the mountain, because he tried to jump to show off. He rolled over twice in the air and rolled down five times in the mountain downhill. In one second, he tried to take my hand, but I stepped on the side not to fall down with him and he continued rolling until he stopped and ended up hanging from two roots from a tree.
This story is veryyyyyyyy funny, and I will remember it forever because, everytime that this guy walked with us, he fell down.
